Kid Jitsu Classes
Kids ages 6 to 14 come from all over the Phoenix area to get involved in our Kid Jitsu class. The classes are 60 packed minutes of Cardio, Self Defense, Jiu-Jitsu drills with a little Kickboxing and Muay Thai for good measure. The kids call it "fun"....we call it "bully proofing".

Thai Boxing
Sometimes, you just want to punch the ever loving snot out of something...this class is high energy, non-threatening and we teach you how to strike with perfect technique. Trust us, our striking equipment can take whatever you have to throw at them!

Cardio Kick Bootcamp
Weight loss, improved cardio, self-defense, a break from the kids....these are some of the reasons our students attend our Cardio Kick Bootcamp. Whatever your reason we guarantee that you'll have a sweaty-good-time!

NAGA Competition February 2011
Our school frequently participates in NAGA in Las Vegas and Phoenix. This competition yeilded many medals for our kids and adults. Go Team TNT!

Master Rigan Machado provided our students an incredible seminar this year. It was several hours of intense learning from one of the most influential Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters in the world.
